Sample Sale Policy Form

Thank you for choosing Ashton Adair Bridal! We are honored to be a part of your special day and are confident you’ll love the quality and craftsmanship of your gown. To proceed with your order, please review, acknowledge, and sign off on the following terms.

 
PAYMENT
All sample gowns, and merchandise, must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing a gown over the phone or online, you acknowledge that you are buying the gown as-is, sight unseen, and that all sample sales are final. We offer an optional gown cleaning service for an additional $350 fee, and breathable garment bags are available for $25. 
 
FABRIC

By purchasing a store sample -- in other words, a "Wedding Ready Gown" -- you understand that the gown has been tried on by other brides and may require cleaning or repairs. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect the gown before purchase and to arrange any necessary cleaning, though we do offer this service for an additional fee.

ALTERATIONS
Alterations are not included in the price of the gown and must be arranged separately. All headpieces, veils, and accessories must also be paid in full at the time of purchase. Ashton Adair Bridal does not perform in-house alterations but we are happy to provide a talented seamstress referral from our network. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. They will be paid for separately after the gown arrives. We recommend that your bridal alterations start a minimum of 3 months in advance of the wedding.
 
RETURN POLICY
All sales on samples are FINAL.
