Bridal Gown Policy Form
Thank you for choosing Ashton Adair Bridal! We are honored to be a part of your special day and are confident you’ll love the quality and craftsmanship of your gown. To proceed with your order, please review, acknowledge, and sign off on the following terms.
ORDER PROCESS Once you’ve selected your style, color, fabric, and size, a signed Policy Form is required. Since all gowns, dresses, and accessories are made to order, full payment is required before placing the order with the designer. No changes can be made once the gown is in production.
SIZING Each designer follows a unique size chart. Size selection is based on the largest measurement, meaning alterations are typically required. If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend ordering a larger size for easier adjustments. Clients must approve their size before an order is placed. If the bride is not present at the time of ordering, she must submit a signed Policy Form online before processing.
FABRIC Our designers use premium fabrics, which may contain natural variations due to the weaving process. These slight inconsistencies are a feature of the material and not defects. Please be aware that dye lots may vary, resulting in subtle color differences between the selected swatch and the final gown.
ALTERATIONS We offer recommendations for skilled seamstresses but do not assume responsibility for alterations. We strongly advise brides to begin the alteration process at least three months prior to the wedding to allow sufficient time for adjustments. Since gowns are made to order and not tailored to exact measurements, alterations are almost always necessary.
DELIVERY For optimal timing, we recommend placing bridal gown orders at least 6-9 months before the wedding date and bridesmaid dress orders at least 6 months in advance. Rush orders may be available for an additional charge, which varies by designer. In most cases, bridal gowns arrive approximately 3 months before the wedding, unless an alternative delivery schedule is arranged.
RETURN POLICY Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Merchandise left unclaimed for 30 days or more will be transferred to the Washington State Department of Revenue, and any associated payments will be forfeited.
A $50 monthly storage fee will apply if a gown is not retrieved within 10 days of its arrival at the boutique. Additionally, a $50 fee will be charged for any returned checks. |
